◈ Where are you guys located? ◈
Atlanta, GA - however, we work alongside Printful, where most of our printed items will ship from your nearest facility to you.
◈ How many people work on this site? ◈

◈ How come some items are fulfilled with you guys and some are fulfilled with Printful? ◈
We make one-of-a-kind art or goods from our home, however, a majority of our goods are manufactured by our partner, Printful. In order to keep the prices cost effective for consumers, we have some of our products fulfilled by Printful to keep costs of production and shipping low, while also practicing sustainable practices. ◈ Why am I seeing multiple types of shipping costs? ◈
Some items are fulfilled with us, while other items are fulfilled through Printful. They have different facilities for certain items, whether it's prints, stickers, accessories, or clothing. If you happen to get multiple prints, the shipping may only be one cost as those prints are coming from the same facility. However, if you happen to be getting stickers from them, as well as a print, you may notice that there are different/additional shipping costs. We unfortunately do not have control over what facility fulfills what, but just know that it's definitely cheaper that way than us mailing all of these items out from our homebase.
◈ What is slow-fashion clothing & how is it made? ◈
Any apparel on our site is printed upon order and shipped after it's completed and this is in order to prevent waste or over production. Printful prides itself in cutting down waste, as an overwhelming 85% of textiles produced by the industry ends up in landfills. We work with suppliers that produce high-quality products that last many washes, keeping print colors vibrant and the fabric soft. Plus, all products have been OEKO-TEX certified for maximum quality.
◈ How long does it take for slow fashion & products to be printed? ◈
It can take 2-7 business days with Printful, with an average of 3-5 business days. Around 78% of Printful orders are delivered in the same region they're fulfilled in. Having fulfillment centers close to customers is best for business and the planet, which helps reduce CO2 emissions.
◈ How long will it take to receive my order? ◈
We ship home-based goods once or twice a week. Due to limitations with transportation and work, our two-man team are only able to ship out when a day off pops up. However, if you are ordering something that is fulfilled via Printful, please allow a few days for it to be produced and mailed out to you.
For domestic/US customers, it may take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service after we have shipped it
International shipping may vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending on your area.
◈ What is your returns and exchange policy? ◈
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have issues with an order, please utilize our contact page and reach out to us!
◈ My order was damaged/lost in transit ◈
Contact us if your order does not arrive within the predicted time frame, or if it arrives damaged. If the item is marked as delivered, we will not replace your order if it did not arrive. You will have to contact your local postal service to open an investigation if your package may have been stolen or where it was properly delivered to. We do not replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. If the order is returned to us, we will refund you the item cost minus shipping and restock the item.
◈ Do you ship everywhere? ◈
For the most part, yes. However. there are some limitations as to where we can ship. Most of those are listed here and are subject to change depending on world events.
◈ With digital downloads, can I print them out for personal use? ◈
Yes, you can print them out for your OWN personal use - but not for resell, redistribution, or reposting. If we catch you doing any of those things, we have the right to seek legal action.
◈ What are your beliefs? ◈
We are both transgender who firmly believe in LGBTQIA+ rights, Black Lives Matter, Stop AAPI (Asian) Hate, Free Palestine, no one is illegal on stolen land, ACAB, support the CDC, Pro-Choice, nurture the planet - overall we support human rights and to not be terrible people.
